Meta Conversion API Enrichment

Updated over 3 months ago

Explaining our Enrichment:

ProfitPeak’s first-party server-side enrichment increases the number of events delivered to Meta CAPI by capturing data that the browser cannot reliably send, especially after iOS 14 restrictions. It merges storefront pixel signals with backend order, customer, and session information such as hashed emails, phone numbers, IPs, checkout tokens, UTMs, and FBC/FBP identifiers. This enables ProfitPeak to reconstruct missing events, validate purchases, and deliver fully enriched server-side conversions even when the client-side pixel is blocked or fails, resulting in significantly more complete and reliable event delivery into Meta’s CAPI.

Benefits to Meta’s CAPI:

  • Higher event delivery volume

  • More complete and enriched event payloads

  • Better event match quality (EMQ) due to stronger identifiers

  • Reduced tracking gaps and signal loss

  • Improved attribution accuracy

  • Stronger optimization signals for Meta’s algorithms
