Everything now lives in 2.0, UTM tracking is simpler, Sherpa asks clarifying questions, and you can connect Sherpa to tools like Slack, ChatGPT and Claude.

What we covered

  • Everything in one place in 2.0: settings for integrations, users, markets and costs now live in 2.0, along with Dynamic Product Metafields and the Feed Tool. There's no need to switch back to 1.0 to check anything.

  • Simpler UTM tracking: ProfitPeak now reads the standard UTM parameters you probably already use (source, medium, content and term), so you no longer need to add ProfitPeak-specific tags. Those tags still work as a fallback if you want them.

  • See exactly what's untagged: a new export button lists any untagged links and shows which parameters to add to which campaign, ad set or ad.

  • Tracking for email and affiliates: you'll now find the parameters to use for other channels like email sources and affiliates, plus where each one shows up in ProfitPeak.

  • Sherpa asks clarifying questions: when a prompt is a bit vague, Sherpa now asks what you meant before answering, so you get to the right result faster.

  • The ProfitPeak MCP connector: MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a standard way for AI tools to talk to each other. On the Growth plan, you can connect Sherpa with tools like Slack, ChatGPT or Claude, for example to send your team a Slack brief on your top-spending creatives and what to change.

  • Choose your default store: if you have multiple stores, drag your preferred one to the top to make it your default.

  • Widgets worth a look: the journey flow widget shows where customers first come from and how they move between channels. Creative Pro users can see profit by creative attributes like product reveals and UGC. Text widgets now take attachments, and full-screen mode lets you present a Peak like a slide deck.

  • Tip from the Q&A: if the same ad runs across several ad sets, build a custom Peak and ask Sherpa to group by ad name to see it as one.
