Why this happens
Ad platforms don’t always send complete spend data immediately.
TikTok, Meta, Google, and others often delay sending the final ad spend.
Sometimes this delay is just a few hours, but it can take up to several days.
This isn’t something we control — it’s simply how the platforms report data.
How we fix it
The issue resolves automatically in the background.
We re-sync the last 30 days of ad data every day.
We also re-check all orders from the past 24 months daily.
When TikTok (or another platform) eventually sends the missing spend, our system automatically catches it and updates your reporting.
