Conversion Path Overview
On the left side, you'll find a visual map of common customer journeys:
- Each row represents a different path to purchase (e.g., Google Ads → Purchased, Organic → Purchased).
- Each path shows how many customers followed it, how frequently it converts, and how many return orders it generates.
Performance Metrics
To the right, you'll find detailed financial performance by journey, including:
- Revenue – Total revenue generated from that path.
- Conversions – Number of customers who made a purchase through that journey.
- Order % – Share of total orders attributed to that journey.
- Return Orders – Repeat purchases made after the first order.
